MANILA, Philippines — U. S. Customs and Border Protection officers stopped an individual in his 30s who claimed to have sex with a 20-year-old male.
The individual, who has a history of sexual abuse and is taking Viagra, was stopped by a male officer of the National Police (NPP) after he claimed that the 20-year-old man had a sexual relationship with a male enhancement oil user.
